Specification for Egood operable wall:
Egood operable wall partition is made of high quality anodized aluminum frame with environmental composite materials. The panels is hung by ceiling track and no floor track needed. The panel has a standard thickness of 65-100mm and a width up to 1230mm.Maximum height can reach 17000mm tall.
The operable wall consist of a series of concave/convex profile interlocking flat panels and the fast set retractable top and bottom seals, which enable panels to be locked by 180 degree cranking in one time. The panels is infilled with 60kg/m³ rock wool, if higher sound proof is required, the panel can be added 0.8mm steel sheet and 3mm sound damping felt. The panel is finished with optional color artificial leather, panel profile concealed. Benefits to the foam inside of artificial leather panel, the operable wall soundproof performance will be higher . The highest soundproof rate it can reach is STC:53db.

Q: What finish options you have for partition?
A: We have several options.We can supply you bare MDF,bare plywood or gypsum board for your own decoration,We can also supply melamine laminate,high pressure laminate, wood veneer,fabric,PU and soon.It dependson your requirement.
Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

Q: How to install the partition? Will it difiult to be done?
A: It is not difucult to installe our partitions.Our partitions are top supported system without any floor track inneed.So top structure will be very important.We have very detailed drawings and videos showing how toinstall,so your people just need to follow them step by step.
Q: Can you send engineer to install? What will the cost be?
A: Sure.We have two options regarding the intallation.The first option is that we will send one engineer assupervisor.He will instruct your workers to do the job but won't do the installation by himself.The second option is that there will be two installers (at least two) to install movable walls. They will install the system by themselves. At the same time, they also need the asstance from local labour.

A: So far we don't have office in overseas,our office is located in Nanhai Foshan city.But we have local distributor for some countries,you can kindly consult our people about the overseas distributor information.
