Egood 65 series operable partition is made of high quality anodized aluminum frame with composite materials.The panel has a standard thickness of 65mm and a width up to 1230mm. Maximum height can
reach 4500mm high. lts vertical seal,together with the horizontal top and btom retractable seals provide excellent acoustic insulation property of maximum STC 45db in laboratory setting. lts high performance per dollar make it becomes the most economical suitable for restaurant, schools,office,church,hospitals,shopping arcades and many other indoor applications product.
Track system adopted:
60 Series Track System: For single or paired panels up to 250kg. One 4-wheeled carrier is provjded per panel, each wheel is consists of molded polymer tires on hardened steel ball bearings. Resilient mounted body for quite operation and load distribution, special for center stacking option. Usual dimension from the ceiling to the structure is 200mm.
65 Series Track System: For Omni-directional panel up to 225kg. T wo carriers are provided per panel. Each carrier has two horizontal counter-rotating wheels that roll(not slidel in the track. Each wheel has precision ground bearings, encased with POM for quÎet operation. Carriers easily negotiate square or angled corners without switches. Usual dimension from the ceiling to the structure is 200mm.
Stacking Options:
Stacking and storing the partition, versatilely and skillfully designed storage system is essential in space management. lt ensures each panel is placed and spaced for easy retrieval and storage, and minimises the storage space. The illustration below gives examples of standard stacking configurations, many more can be offered depending upon the building. Fabrication of track junctions are assembled in our factory,ensuring accurate alignment and quick installation on site.
